Notice to All Cricketing Nations visiting Australia.

Teams MUST adhere to following new mandatory ICC code.

1. Winning Rule: NO VISITING TEAM should plan to win in AUSTRALIA. This is to ensure that the sportive spirit of cricket is maintained.

2. Fourth Umpire Rule: Ricky Ponting should be considered as the FOURTH UMPIRE. As per the new ICC rules, FOURTH UMPIRE ’s decision is final and will over ride any decisions taken by any other umpires. ON-FIELD umpires can seek assistance from RICKY PONTING even if he is not on the field. Every visiting team should understand the importance of FOURTH UMPIRE

3. Amendment to Catching Rule: While Australian Team is bowling, If the ball flies anywhere close to the Australian Fielder (within 5m distance), the batsman is to be considered OUT irrelevant of whether the catch was taken cleanly or grounded. Any decision for further clarification should be referred to FOURTH UMPIRE (specified above). This is to ensure that the cricket is played with SPORTIVE SPIRIT by all the teams.

4. Integrity Rule: While batting, Australian players will wait for the ON-FIELD UMPIRE decisions only (even if the catch goes to the FIFTH SLIP as the ball might not have touched the bat). Each Australian batsman has to be out FOUR times (min) before he can return to the pavilion. In case of THE CRICKETER WITH INTEGRITY, this can be higher.

5. Sledging Rule: All Australian players are eligible to keep commenting about all players on the field and the OPPONENT TEAM should never comment as they will be spoiling the spirit of the Australian team. Any comments made in any other language are to be considered as racist only.

6. Match Referee’s Code of Conduct: Match Referee’s decisions will be taken purely on the Australian Team’s advices only. Player views from the other teams decisions will not be considered for hearing.

7. Ricky Ponting Rule: If any bowler gets RICKY PONTING out more than twice in a series, he will be banned for the REST OF THE SERIES. This is to ensure that Australian captain can play to break records and create history in the game of CRICKET.

Okay, so the words ‘New and Improved’ should never be used in the same sentence( according to maddox) , since how can something be ‘New and Improved’??

Well That is a really good question, and I think I have just found the answe.

Some of you might be thinking that the heading of this article and the body of text that is about to follow has nothing to do with each other.. Especially when the heading is such a sensational heading.

Some of you folks might remember the article about a segment from the Fox News show “The O’Reilly Factor”, wherein the notoriously unbalanced Mr O’Reilly and his ‘Fox News Crime Analyst’ Rod Wheeler make a number of far-out assertions about lesbian gangs (mit pink pistols) taking over the underworld in America. Yup, that’s right, ‘The Sopranos’ have been taken over ‘Bex and her motorbike’.

For those of you who didn’t just look at this and chuckle to yourselves, “Why that Fox channel, I’d be better off getting my news from a magic 8-ball!”, I enclose for your perusal a detailed rebuttal from the Southern Poverty Law Centre. A woman in brussels was attending a man’s dinner party found the bodies of his wife and stepson in the freezer as she put away the leftovers, prosecutors said.The woman went to the police after discovering the 46-year-old woman and her 11-year-old son and officers arrested the man in the town of Verviers, near Liege in east Belgium, on Wednesday.

A Texas man scheduled to be executed on Tuesday wants to die laughing.Patrick Knight, 39, has been soliciting jokes on the Internet and plans to tell one of them before receiving a lethal injection, Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokeswoman Michelle Lyons said on Monday.

“He says he wants to keep his execution light,” she said.

Knight was sentenced to die for the August 1991 murder of his two elderly neighbors in Amarillo, Texas.

Lyons said a friend of Knight’s set up a page on the social networking Web site MySpace.com to solicit jokes, and “hundreds” of suggestions have arrived in the mail.

“I’ll be enjoying my last days on Earth,” Knight wrote on the Web site. “I’m not asking for pen pals, but I’m asking you to spread the word that I am holding a contest. I want people to send me their best jokes, and to keep me and others with (execution) dates laughing.”

Texas leads the nation with 396 executions. None of those put to death have ever joked about it, Lyons said.

Study finds guys not so naughty, gals not so noble.

When men look at pictures of women in the buff, where are their eyes likely to go first?

Nope. Higher.

Men are more likely to look at a female’s face before gazing at other body parts, according to a new study by researchers at Emory University.

And when men and women look at pictures of heterosexual sex, women look longer at the photos than men do, according to the study published in the journal Hormones and Behavior.

Both findings may run contrary to what most people think, but they shed light on sexual attitudes that really aren’t all that mysterious when considered in a scientific light, said psychologist Kim Wallen of Emory.

Wallen and his former graduate student, Heather Rupp, showed still photos of couples having sex to 30 women and 15 men between the ages of 23 and 28. Each was rigged up with a high-tech eye-tracking gizmo to measure where his or her gaze went first, and how long it stayed there.

Last week here on Boskak we posted an article on Paris Hilton and the fact that she was being allowed to be put under house arrest. The article ‘And I thought our justice system was bad!‘ also points out how pathetic the American Justice System is.

Well it seems that they have decided not to become the laughing stock of justice systems and have put there foot down on this topic.
Paris has been sent back to jail. But not only have they sent her back to jail, but she now has to do all 45 days in jail. LOL!
